Security Deposit & Equipment Policy

A $150 security deposit is required for each kayak rental. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the kayak and all equipment in good condition.

• If the kayak is damaged or not returned, the full deposit will be forfeited.
• Paddle damage or loss will result in a $25 deduction from the deposit.
• Life jacket damage or loss will result in a $10 deduction from the deposit.

By renting, you agree to these terms and are responsible for the proper care and return of all equipment.
